Weiss Distilling Company, in downtown Clawson, brings a unique cocktail experience where its speakeasy vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere for patrons to enjoy tantalizing drinks made with Weiss’s own hand-craft ed vodka, rum, or gin — and their own hand-craft ed ice cubes.

When you enter the front lobby, you can peek into the ice room and see the giant bandsaw that goes to work each day to ensure the clearest and cleanest ice for your drinks. By using a unique device that freezes water from the bottom up, Weiss is able to create a 25-pound block of ice which is then hand-cut into individual serving sizes. Weiss’ crystal-clear ice cubes fi t each glass and potion like a glove.
